TOP REAL ESTATE AGENT IN CALIFORNIA CATHLEEN SHERA
Coming from a background in inter-ior design, Cathleen Shera has always had a passion for real estate. It was in 2009 that she decided to downsize her interior design business, due to the collapse of the housing market. She received her real estate license and began working with her past interior design clients to sell their homes. From there, her business con-tinued to grow, and she has been working nonstop ever since. Having her unique creative background in design, and collaborating with her husband, who is a real estate devel-oper, she has acquired a myriad of skills that make her a one-of-a-kind REALTOR®. Today, top real estate agent in California Cathleen Shera works with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty at Patricia Kramer & Associates in Rancho Santa Fe, serving the greater San Diego area and specializing in luxury and landmark properties, as well as beachfront properties… “the best of ranch and coast.”
What gives Cathleen an edge over her competition is her background and problem-solving abilities. “My experience in interior design, as well as architecture and development, has helped me serve my clients. Understanding construction and de-sign, I can speak to the integrity of a product they’re looking at,” she explains. This also allows her to solve problems, as she can come up with unique solutions to issues a client has with a home. “If the home they are looking at is 99% perfect, but it needs some changes, I can come up with a resolution that makes the home 100% perfect.”
Cathleen’s clients appreciate her honesty and creativity. They become friends with her throughout the process because she values their relationship and satisfaction. “I wear a lot of hats in the process. I can help stage homes and prepare it so we get the best and highest offers, and I also help my buyers understand the communities they want to live in,” she says. Having lived in the area for most of her life, she knows it well and can provide unparalleled advice that we understand the property very well from infrastructure to archi-tecture to location and what that offers. We take our listings seriously and invest as a partnership time and money with our clients to bring the best possible solution we can.” In the last few years, Patricia Kramer and Cathleen Shera have had some of the highest record sales in both the “ranch and coast” areas due to their diligence and expertise as the market recovers.
Real estate is Cathleen’s true passion, but another passion is contributing to her community. She is on the board of a non-profit called Children Uniting Nations, and has been invol-ved with it since she started real estate. CUN provides quality mentoring re-lationships to the underserved and at-risk kids in California Foster Care. Cathleen mentors a young girl who has aged-out of the system but who now needs the support of a caring adult as she approaches her education and a career. To watch this young woman grow and succeed has been a wonderful inspiration to Cathleen. Making a difference in the lives of others is something Cathleen values, so she is incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing and meaningful organization.
Cathleen is growing her business faster than ever before, and has no plans on stopping. She is excited to see what the future holds, and finds her passion for the industry only continues to grow. “I love the relationship that develops from selling a home or helping someone purchase a home. We are creating lifestyles and selling dreams, and it’s a valuable relationship that develops from that.”
