Raised in the Chicagoland area, Jason Marcordes has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. He first took an interest in real estate while working with his uncle, who runs a successful property management company in Central Illinois. After learning the business from the ground up, Jason would pursue an opportunity with a larger property management firm, where he served as Director of Property Management and oversaw 1,500 homes spanning the city. While expanding into the North Side, he developed a passion for multi-family real estate, which inspired him to launch his own company, Landmark Property Management, in 2018. The rest is history.

Today, Jason is the Managing Broker and Owner of Landmark Property Management, where he leads a team to assist clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Now managing over 350 properties in the area, he has cultivated a hands-on process to meet the needs of any investor.
